Weightlifting is one of the foundational pillars of CrossFit, and you won’t do well in the latter without being good at the former. If you want to get better at weightlifting, you will have to put in real effort - the key to that effort is consistency.
You need to do at least three sessions per week for a minimum of three months. While four to five sessions weekly would be preferable, we recognize that many people also want to improve in other areas of their fitness, or simply don’t have the time for a higher training frequency.
Our solution is to grant access to all three programs upon subscribing, so that you can always add an extra weekly session on top of the minimum of three whenever you have the time or find yourself motivated to take a leap forward.
The subscription renews every 1st of the month when a new program is released.
