BASICS is the entry level at which we are wholly concerned with building a strong foundation, brick by brick. Everything we do here is for quality, not for time, and everyone who fulfill the following requirements can attend:

1. A good command of the English language (unless it has been announced that a translator will be present);
2. That you be free of any injuries;
3. That you have a positive attitude, a genuine interest in learning and a willingness to work hard.
