Conditioning Add-On


The aim of this collection of uncomplicated but effective conditioning sessions is to help you maintain, or perhaps even improve, your conditioning while developing your barbell game.

The program consists of 25 sessions, all of them having both RX and scaled pacing/rep-schemes. The sessions are meant to be easy to moderate in intensity in order to avoid building up lactate in the muscles, seeing as this might obstruct your ability to lift weights.
