Road To a +100cm Box Jump & +220cm Broad Jump
There are no prerequisites for this program besides being free of any injuries that would prevent you from jumping and landing safely and without pain.
The cycle consists of two sessions per week for six weeks in total. It is recommended that you keep the weekly sessions 48-72 hours apart in order to be fully recovered.
No equipment is required other than a sturdy elevated surface (for box jumps).
