I offer a weekly weightlifting class in Copenhagen Tuesday morning from 07:00-08:00.

The program varies from week to week, but the emphasis is always on technical proficiency. 

Classes are invitation-only - reach out if you are interested in attending. 

The only requirement for participation if an eagerness to learn and a willingness to work hard.
