This workshop is a 3-hour event with an upper limit of 8 participants. This format allows for a deep dive into a lift and for every participant to receive a lot of attention and personal feedback.

The theme in this particular workshop is The Snatch / Squatting Mechanics, Lockout Mechanics, Pulling Mechanics - and how to put it all together.

The only requirement for participation is an eagerness to learn and a willingness to work hard.

It's not a requirement that you speak Danish - the workshop is in Danish only if all of the participants are native Danish speakers.
