Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products (Programming & Video Analysis)

All digital products — including online programming and video analysis — are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to your digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Event Tickets (Training Camps, Seminars & Workshops)

All event tickets are non-refundable. Under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

In the event of cancellation by Weightlifting 101, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, event credit transferable to a future event of your choice.

Tickets may also be transferred to another person attending the same event, or converted to event credit for a future event, upon request. Please contact us at info@weightlifting101.com to arrange this.

In the case of injury, tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances vary - please contact us with a description of your situation and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

T-Shirts & Merchandise

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@weightlifting101.com within 14 days of delivery. We will reimburse all payments received, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Returns due to defects or incorrect items will be covered at our expense regardless of location.
